Live World is a company that helps companies improve their brand through social media or websites. Live World is currently hiring Social Media Agents to monitor and resolve customer issues through social media. You must have two to three years of experience in online moderation and engagement. 

It would be helpful to have online customer service as well. Work at home experience is valuable with a healthcare background. Experience with the social media tools, LiveWorld and Salesforce, to name a few, is a plus. A college degree is preferred.

Currently, CSC is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work from home in the United States. Your job will be to take inbound and make outbound calls to clients via email and phone. 

Call Center experience is preferred. However, the ability to multitask would be helpful with solid attention to detail if you are a self-starter with good problem-solving skills that is a plus.
